Two commit suicide in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: Two people committed suicide in separate incidents in Gojra area during the past 24 hours, said police. First, 25-year-old Muhammad Amin swallowed a bunch of poisonous pills after facing severe financial constraints. He was taken to Allied hospital where he breathed his last. In a separate incident, Ramzan Gujjar ingested pesticide after quarrelling with his family members over a domestic dispute. He was shifted to Tehsil Headquarter hospital Gojra from where he was shifted to Allied hospital. However, Gujjar failed to survive. Police handed the bodies of the deceased over to their families after completing the necessary legal formalities.
