The Establishment Division on Tuesday notified the appointment of Federal Minister for Privatization Commission Ghaus Bux Mahar as Chairman Planning Commission with effect from May 8.
According to other notifications Khalid Sadiq, an officer of BS-20 has been posted as Director General Benazir Income Supports Programme whereas Deputy Director Intelligence Bureau Multan Zone Noor Khan as Deputy Director Federal Investigation Agency Headquarters.
Shahid Ashraf Tarar has been transferred to National Vocational and Technical Education Commission (Navtec) and Section Officer Abdul Hameed Anwer has given acting charge of Deputy Secretary Finance Division.
The ED also notified the date of retirement of several officers on attaining the age of superannuation this year.
Secretary Science and Technology Irfan Nadeem will be retired on July 15, Senior Joint Secretary Finance Division Tahawar Ahmed on August 6, Chief Executive of Fata Development Authority Attaullah Khan on August 7 and Secretary Trade Development Authority on June 24.
