The Quetta-Karachi Highway is notorious for fatal road accidents. A research revealed that three times more people died in road accidents than bomb blast in Balochistan since 2000.

“The accident took place due to over speeding as the driver attempted to go past Zaviya Baghbana, a sharp turn, at full speed,” Assistant Commissioner (AC) Khuzdar said.

Levis registered the first information report (FIR) of the accident and commenced investigation.
