While Mahira previously said that she is extremely excited to meet her birth-sister, Jane Fonda at the festival, seems like one star is particularly looking forward to hangout with the Raees star.

In an exchange of tweets, Sonam exclaimed she 'can't wait to hangout' with Mahira at Cannes.

The Neerja star recently tied the knot with beau Anand Ahuja in a big fat Punjabi wedding. Mahira, along with other stars congratulated Sonam, wishing the couple a lifetime of joy and happiness.



The Bollywood diva responded to Mahira's tweet, "Thanks so much Mahira! Can’t wait to hang out with you at Cannes!"



According to reports, Mahira and Sonam will be walking the red carpet on the same day, May 15.
