This year, Mahira Khan is reportedly going to attend the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, according to her latest Instagram post. The actor was named the first brand ambassador from Pakistan for the make-up giant, last year.
Mahira will be attending the event as the brand ambassador for L’Oreal. She will be the first Pakistani to represent the country for the retail brand, according to L’Oreal spokesperson.
The starlet will be joining the likes of Deepika Padukone, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and other celebrities at the festival.
Mahira recently shared a picture of Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger from 1977 Cannes and captioned it, “Cannes 2017, Let’s do this!”
If so, this will be the first time the Bol star will be making her way to Cannes. She has previously represented Pakistan internationally on various occasions, bringing home some huge awards and honours.
Previously, Mahira attended the Beirut International Awards Festival where she was received two awards; Best Dressed of the Night and International Recognition.
Recently, the Raees actor made her way to the UK Women Film Festival where she attended a session with the multi-talented Bollywood star Simi Garewal.
There, too, she was awarded with the Contribution to Film and Activism Award at the opening ceremony.
