House burgled: women injured over petty issue

Two armed men broke into a house in Sadiq Colony area of Rawalpindi and looted jewellery and other valuables at gunpoint.


Riffat Bibi lodged a report with the Saddar police that two armed men forced entry into her house and looted Jewellery, two mobile phones, a television set and other valuables at gun point.

She told police that one of the culprits accidently dropped his mobile phone in her house while fleeing. The police took the culprit’s cell phone and registered a case against robbers.

In another incident, two women were injured in a clash between two families over a petty issue in Gorakhpur area of Saddar. Zatoon Bibi and Khalida Begum were taken to DHQ hospital Rawalpindi.
