Under PM programme: 141 students complete vocational training

Deputy Commissioner Pirkani praised the Prime Minister Skills Development Programme

QUETTA: More than 140 youth on Monday completed their six-month training in different technical programmes from Pak-China Technical Training Center in Dalbandin, Chagai district under the Prime Minister Youth Skills Development Programme.

Chagai Deputy Commissioner Qadir Bakhsh Pirkani, Dalbandin Assistant Commissioner Habibullah Musakhail, Pak-China Technical Training Center Principal Muhammad Alam Khan Sanjrani and others distributed certificates and cash prizes among the youth, who obtained higher positions in industrial electrician, machinist, welding and other related skill-development programmes.

Deputy Commissioner Pirkani praised the Prime Minister Skills Development Programme and urged the youth to utilise their skills for betterment of the Chagai district.
He termed technical education a key part of the educational system and acknowledged the services of Pak-China Technical Training Center Dalbandin.
In the zone-wise competition, Yahya Khan from Naushki bagged the first position in industrial electrician while Maqsood Ahmed Burhanzai and Ghareeb Shah, both from Dalbandin, secured second and third positions, respectively.
