'Avengers' plane unveiled to raise cancer awareness

'Infinity War' hit theatres on April 27 and is Marvel's biggest project to date

With the release of Marvel's biggest film yet, Avengers: Infinity War is aiming to do things for the greater good, in real life. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Marvel Studios has partnered with American Airlines and Stand Up to Cancer to unveil an Avengers plane.

Some of heroes from Avengers along with researchers and cancer survivors, who are also employees of American Airlines, have been featured on the plane.

Harley-Davidson will soon launch Avengers all-electric motorcycle

Designed to raise cancer awareness, the plane was unveiled at Los Angeles Airport (LAX) before the premiere of Infinity War.  It will be flying to and fro New York and Los Angeles.

The campaign is also raising money for the cause and members of the airline will receive 10 miles for every dollar donated.

Infinity War hit theatres on April 27 and is Marvel's biggest project to date. The cast includes Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chadwick Boseman, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman and Don Cheadle. The film is directed by the Russo brothers, Anthony and Joe.
