Fayaz got 717 votes against his rival advocate Isa Khan

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court Bar Associations elections were held on Saturday in which Abdul Fayaz was elected president, while Muhammad Yasir Khattak as general secretary of the lawyers association.

Fayaz got 717 votes against his rival advocate Isa Khan for the top slot while Khattak got 724 votes against 699 of Abid Ali advocate for the office of general secretary. Ibrahim Khan elected as vice president, Sufiyan Malak as Joint Secretary and Sabiha Khattak elected as secretary library.
