Personnel from security forces gathered CCTV footage from the area and teams of CTD and CIA will search for and gather more evidence related to the attacks.
Seven martyred, fifteen injured in Quetta suicide attacks
At least seven Balochistan Constabulary personnel were martyred and 15 others, including eight Frontier Corps (FC) soldiers, got injured on Tuesday when three suicide bombers blew themselves up in Quetta in quick succession, according to officials.
Security is tightened in the area, and over 3,000 policemen have been stationed in various parts of the city. Additional contingents of FC have also been deployed at various places.
Funeral prayers of the deceased police officers were performed amidst tight security measures. Bodies of the martyred are currently being transported to their native towns while the eight injured officers are undergoing treatment at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH). Two of the officers are in critical condition.
According to initial details, the first suicide bomber exploded himself outside an FC check post at Mian Ghundi on the outskirts of the provincial capital after he was spotted by the guards manning the check post. Eight FC personnel were injured in the explosion.

“Moments later, another bomber, who was covering the first attacker, exchanged fire with the security forces and later blew himself up,” DIG Quetta Abdul Razzaq Cheema had said. A heavy contingent of law-enforcement agencies had rushed to the spot and shifted the eight injured FC personnel to the Combined Military Hospital.
