IN A SORRY STATE : CM feels sorry for Karachi    

Shehbaz said the city got occupied by extortionists, while murder and terrorism pushed it to the edge of darkness

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz President and Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif said that he is very sorry to see the vulnerable condition of Karachi. He said that he went to Lyari, Gulshan Ghazi and other places where there were piles of waste, broken roads, poor transport and dust. “This is not the fate of the people of Karachi. Billions of rupees allocated for the development projects were looted ruthlessly by rulers, thus depriving people of basic necessities. He was addressing party workers at the Alfateh Ground in Karachi. Shehbaz said the city got occupied by extortionists, while murder and terrorism pushed it to the edge of darkness. He assured that he will return light and hope to this city if people voted him in. He also vowed to bring back the looted money.
