Five people were killed and several injured in a cracker blast at a fireworks factory on Bedian Road in Lahore.
According to rescue officials, other explosive materials caught fire after the blast at the factory in Malko Village. Many of the injured are still trapped underneath the debris as rescue officials struggle to pull them out.
Dead bodies and the injured are being shifted to a nearby hospital.
Police have cordoned off the area and investigations are underway.
