“Democratic institutions never got a chance to complete their work assigned to them by the voters,” said Hasil Bizenjo, who is also the National Party (NP) president, while addressing the media at Khuzdar Press Club on Friday.

The federal minister said, “Politicians are frequently held responsible for the political turmoil in the country.”
He said that in order to control democracy, undemocratic means were employed which did not let democracy prosper in the country.
He lamented that the disunity and internal strife among politicians provided openings to undemocratic forces to derail democracy many times.

He said, “The NP is a democratic party and we have presented our stance in tough situations.”
He said that the politicians ought to frame a comprehensive course of action to counter undemocratic forces, adding that tolerance and unity in the circles of mainstream politicians may strengthen the democratic culture in the country.
He said, “The NP is ready in this regard and its doors are opened for everyone. It is necessary for the politicians to move ahead in order to ensure transparency in political culture.”
