QUETTA: Balochistan Muttahida Mahaz Chairman and Pakistan Parast leader Siraj Raisani has demanded that an inquiry be conducted against all former chief ministers for committing corruption in the province.

“The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is the most corrupt organisation. People commit corruption but are set free under the NAB’s give some, take some policy,” said Raisani during a meeting with leaders and elders of different tribes at the Sarawan House on Tuesday.

He said, “The condition of educational institutions and hospitals in Balochistan is in front of everyone. Till we don’t put our departments in order, till then we can never progress.”

He said, “The people have grown sick and tired of empty slogans of politicians. In the next elections, people will win based on their performance.”

Raisani said that the decision whether to contest elections would be taken after consulting all tribal elders and the people.

He urged Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar that besides taking notice of education and health, he should also take suo motu notice of the issues being faced by the landlords.
