QUETTA: With the efforts of Balochistan National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the mega corruption case, the ownership rights of properties illegally bought by former finance secretary Mushtaq Raisani have been transferred to the provincial government.

According to a statement released on Thursday, the anti-corruption watchdog, in collaboration with the Sindh government, has recovered properties worth Rs1.25 billion in Karachi.

NAB Investigation Officer Shoaib Sheikh said that all properties were on the names of residents belonging to remote areas of Balochistan.
