NAB arrest accused in showroom scam

NAB says the accused who was arrested from Okara posed as a stockist in Pakpattan to defraud people

LAHORE: NAB Lahore claimed to have arrested another suspect accused in the MNM Motors corruption case on Tuesday. The arrested suspect was identified as Irfan Bashir. NAB said the accused, who was arrested from Okara, posed as a stockist in Pakpattan to defraud people. He was a close aid of the prime suspect and owner of MNM Motors Ahmad Siyal. He will be presented before an accountability court for physical remand. NAB has arrested four suspects in the case so far. On April 8, NAB arrested Shahabul Islam. He also worked as a stockist for the company. On January 3, the owner of the company Ahmed Siyal was arrested by the immigration staff of Federal Investigation Agency at the Lahore Allama Iqbal International airport.
