4 things Salman Khan did after his release from jail

Bollywood's bhai Salman Khan was released on bail this past Saturday, after he was sentenced to five years imprisonment in a 20-year-old black buck shooting case.

The Tubelight actor flew to Mumbai from Jodhpur after his release and it seems like it didn't take him too long to get back into the swing of things.

Salman wrapped up Race 3's Abu Dhabi schedule days before the case hearing. With only 20 days left to complete the film's shooting, Salman's arrival in Mumbai couldn't have come at a better time. Directed by Remo D’Souza, Race 3 will mark the actor’s first negative role.

Salman Khan thanks fans after jail release

1. Greeting fans

The Bodyguard star took a private jet from Jodhpur to his residence in Mumbai, outside of which he was greeted by countless fans amid ongoing celebrations. After meeting his well-wishers, Salman ushered them to get some rest.

2. Meeting friends

Salman met up with his friends the day after and his Tiger Zinda Hai co-star Katrina Kaif was one of the first people he met.

Along with Katrina, Salman also met Saqib Saleem, Huma Qureshi and Daisy Shah. Actors Varun Dhawan, Malaika Arora, Bobby Deol and Jacqueline Fernandez were also spotted outside Salman’s home.

3. Partying

Later that day, Salman was also spotted partying with fellow Race 3 stars for Saqib's birthday. Actors Bobby, Daisy and Jacqueline also celebrated with them.

4. Thanking well-wishers

On Monday, the actor took to Twitter to thank his fans for their love and support during his tough times. “Tears of gratitude. To all my loved ones who are with me and never lost hope . Thank you for being there with all the love and support. God Bless ,” he wrote.
