Karachi witnessed history last night as cricket came back to the city of lights after a nine year hiatus.

While Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi battled for the trophy of the third installment of Pakistan Super League, with United emerging as top winners, many celebrities came forward to support their favourties. What more the celebs were ecstatic about was cricket coming home.

PSL breathes life back into Karachi after nine years

Taking to social media, Mahira Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Ali Zafar, Humayun Saeed and many more lauded the efforts of the government institutions and Pakistan Cricket Board to bring back the game back to its home ground.
