LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek Quaid Dr Tahir Ul Qadri has said Nawaz Sharif wants to leave the country before the end of the current government’s term and the judgments on corruption references.

“He is ready to escape before the end of PML-N’s tenure. Instead of using his party as a shield, the disqualified ex-PM must provide the money trail for his London assets to an accountability court.”

Qadri stated that the so-called tiger, who was intimidating state institutions a few days ago, now nervously wanted to surrender.

He added there could be no negotiations with plunderers and blackmailers. “Bereaved families of the Model Town Incident want the Sharif brothers tried in an anti-terrorist court.

Talking to senior party leaders, he said the mastermind of the Model Town massacre deserved no legal or constitutional concession. He continued that any such move would amount to providing justification for all those who declared war against the state.

“If such culprits of state got any concession in the guise of negotiations, the accountability of high-ups in Pakistan would become a dream.”

Tahirul Qadri to go all-out against PML-N with ‘joint opposition alliance’

Qadri said the “disqualified group” tried to divide the judiciary and Army “the same way it did in 1997, and 1999”.  He believed this was an effort to blackmail state institutions. “Now a disappointed and scared Nawaz Sharif wants to escape before May 31.

Dr Tahirul Qadri further said that political parties are protesting over the privatisation of PIA and Steel mills, while the Punjab government is trying to sell major Hospitals and educational institutes in the name of outsourcing. He added the “killer” chief minister has already done this job.

“The bid price of Jinnah, Ganga Ram, Mayo and other major Hospitals has been fixed. Once the private mafia takes control of these facilities, the poor masses will not remain entitled to even getting the cheapest medicines, such as Paracetamol, for free.
