According to a Rangers spokesperson, a political party worker was arrested during a targeted raid conducted on a tip-off in the Awami Colony area. The suspect, identified as Imran Ali alias Sahib, was affiliated with the Muhajir Qaumi Movement - Haqiqi and was involved in drug peddling.
Another suspect, identified as Safir Ahmed, was arrested during a raid conducted in the Baldia Town area. According to the paramilitary force, the accused was a member of a gang based in Lyari and was involved in various cases of extortion, street crimes and robberies.

Four more suspects were nabbed during targeted raids conducted in the Gulshan-e-Maymar and Korangi areas. The suspects arrested were identified as Adam, Shakir, Aurangzeb and Mehmood Khan. According to the spokesperson, they were involved in extortion.
During raids conducted in the Ittehad Town, Madina Colony and Saudabad areas, three more suspects were arrested who were identified as Jahanzeb, Kashif and Syed Kumail Abbas. They were accused of participating in various cases of robberies.
Two suspects, identified as Zewar Khan and Zaheer Hussain, were apprehended during raids conducted in Clifton and Federal B Area. The suspects were allegedly involved in multiple cases of street crime.
During raids carried out in different locations of the city, including Clifton, Surjani Town, Federal B Area, Gulshan-e-Maymar, Saudabad and Memon Goth, the paramilitary force arrested eight suspects allegedly involved in drug peddling. They were identified as Abdullah alias Polo, Stephen Masih, Ovais, Nawaz, Hamal, Abdur Razzak, Ali Muhammad and Nabi Bux.

Meanwhile, a suspected land grabber was arrested during a raid conducted in the Tipu Sultan Road area. He was identified as Zubair Nagar.
The paramilitary force also claimed to have arrested arms, ammunition and narcotics from the suspects' possession. The arrested men were later handed over to the police for the initiation of legal proceedings.
