In collaboration: PHEC, USAID host roundtable discussion
Main focus of roundtable is USAID’s Higher Education Solutions Network

Vice-chancellors from 11 leading public and private sector universities in Punjab participated in a roundtable discussion hosted by Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on Tuesday.
The main focus of the roundtable was USAID’s Higher Education Solutions Network (HESN). PHEC Chairperson Dr Muhammad Nizamuddin chaired the session while USAID was represented by Provincial Director Lea Swanson and Deputy Director Innovation and Partnership Unit Kanwal Bokharey.
Participants were introduced to the USAID HESN programme, a partnership between USAID and top universities from the US, designed to channel the ingenuity of university students, researchers, and faculty towards global development.
