Tennis: Malik earns straight-set victory

In the last leg of the Quice STA Satellite Circuit Tennis Championship, Marib Malik caused a major upset by eliminating Saud Shoaib in straight sets in the under-16 singles event.

Shoaib, the runner-up of the previous two legs, was beaten 6-4, 6-4.

In the other matches of the day, Murad Khan outclassed Aqeel Khan 6-3, 6-3 while Malik Hamza defeated Nazif Ahmed 6-1, 6-4.
