FAISALABAD: Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Sardar Muhammad Asif Khan has directed all learners to display an “L” on the front and rear windscreen of their vehicles while driving.

The CTO said that many accidents had occurred due to the carelessness and negligence of learners.

“If people do not have a license than other commuters should know this and learners should take special care,” he said.

The CTO said that all learners caught without an ‘L’ on their car would be fined.
