They said that the area is too small to park all the oil tankers, adding that they will park their vehicles in Zulfiqarabad once the area there is converted into a parking lot. The representatives said this on Wednesday, six days after the Supreme Court (SC) ordered the owners of the oil tankers to remove their vehicles from the Shirin Jinnah colony.
The SC told them to park the tankers on a plot in Keamari for two months, a time period sanctioned by the Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah. While some owners followed the court’s directives and parked their vehicles at the designated plot, others have yet to abide by the SC’s orders.
