Army chief vows whole-hearted support to improve education standards

COAS presents Academic Excellence Awards to distinguished students of Army Public Schools and College System

Reaffirming commitment to education, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa said on Friday the Pakistan Army ‘will do its best to provide whole-hearted support towards improvement of education in the country’.

He made the commitment while presenting the ‘Academic Excellence Awards’ to the students of Army Public Schools and College System (APSACS), who distinguished themselves in SSC and HSSC Exams of Federal Board, said a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The COAS congratulated successful students, their parents and faculty for achieving excellent results. He said, “Our younger generation is our asset and we are proud of their achievement.”
