Acknowledgement: LCWU’s institute to be named after ex-VC
LCWU’s Institute of Language and Culture will be named after ex vice-chancellor Prof Sabiha Mansoor.

The syndicate of Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) approved annual awards for its teaching and non-teaching staff on the basis of performance. In this regard, the 65th meeting of syndicate was held on Friday.
The meeting was chaired by LCWU Vice-Chancellor Prof Uzma Qureshi.
All recommendations forwarded by the selection boards which were pending since last two years were approved. It was decided that LCWU’s Institute of Language and Culture will be named after ex vice-chancellor Prof Sabiha Mansoor. The VC told the syndicate that strategic vision of LCWU was to maximise the number of graduates to take up employment.
