ARIFWALA: A man shot and killed his niece on Friday.
According to police officials, the incident occurred in the Kund Shamas village when Mushtaq Ahmed opened fire on his niece Rehana Bibi for marrying of her own choice.
Rehana was shot in the head and died instantly.
Police have registered a case against the accused and are searching for his whereabouts. Rehana’s body has been sent to the THQ hospital for an autopsy.
