Academic, administrative and financial matters were reviewed

PESHAWAR: A meeting of the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar syndicate met on Thursday. The meeting, with University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Vice Chancellor Dr Iftikhar Hussain in the chair. The syndicate approved the recommendations of various meetings held earlier. It also reviewed various academic, administrative and financial matters and fully endorsed the steps undertaken by the university administration. The meeting was attended by Higher Education Department Additional Secretary Kabir Afridi, Justice (Retd) Hamid Farooq Durrani, Khurshed Alam, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department Deputy Secretary Engr  Prof Dr Noor Mohammad, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Dr Khizar Azam, Registrar Saima Hasan, Treasurer Nek Muhammad, Prof Dr Naeem Khan, Prof Dr Bashir Alam, Prof Dr Sahar Noor, Dr Muhammad Younas, Tariq Amin and others.
