"Time for faculty to repay faith"

Vice Chancellor UET Dr. Iftikhar Hussain says at a workshop

PESHAWAR: With issues of faculty and staff solved through regular meetings of the selection board, it was now time that the staff repaid that faith.

This was stated by University of Engineering Technology (UET) Peshawar Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Iftikhar Hussain while addressing a day-long workshop on “Quality Services for Students”. The workshop had been organized by the Quality Enhancement Cell of the varsity on Wednesday.

The objective of the workshop was to discuss and exchange information on the quality of services in terms of standardisation and best practices in higher education.

Dr Hussain said that the workshop will help faculty to understand how they can ensure quality in their respective departments, faculties and support services to enable them to make appropriate assessments and improvements in all institutional activities.
