KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court extended on Thursday the remand of six suspects in the Naqeebullah Mehsud murder case till February 6.
All six suspects were produced during the hearing held in the premises of the Sindh High Court. The suspects included Inspector Yaseen, ASI Hussain, ASI Allah Yar and others.
Naqeebullah’s family satisfied with inquiry’s findings
The investigation officer informed the court that the suspects had confessed to their crime in the initial investigation. The accused had been produced on Wednesday in a magistrate's court where they were put through the identification parade in which three of them were identified by two eyewitnesses.
The investigation officer requested the court to grant more time for investigation till February 9. However the court extended the remand till February 6.
