Police lock up two children

An 8-year old and a 7-year old boy picked up for no apparent reason.

SUKKUR: The Faiz Ganj police raided a vehicle on its way to Nawabshah and arrested eight-year-old Nooruddin and seven-year-old Qamaruddin for no apparent reason.

The children were picked up at 9 pm and they spent the night in jail. The police refused to comment to the media on the arrests and the SHO flew into a temper when they tried to record footage of the children.

They said that they are having the children’s records checked up in various police stations.
