“The NAP is in contact with all provinces to lead the project in right direction. An estimated 500 to 600 billion rupees are given for the poor people.” He said while addressing an awareness seminar regarding the project here in Quetta.
National Party (NP)’s MPA Yasmeen Lehri, District Council Chairman Naeem Bazai, many philanthropists and civil society representatives were also present in the seminar.
DC Quetta Farrukh Atique said in a recent survey the two per cent of the community getting donations revealed that sum of money for their donation is used by extremist groups.

“People should make sure while donating money that their sum has to be utilized for the help of rightful people and being used for good cause.” He added.
He said that all social, civil, religious and welfare trusts should be aware of the rights of people, and must make sure the money is getting in good hands.
Talking on National Action Plan, Deputy Commissioner Quetta said following NAP, more people have been included in fourth schedule and their Bank Accounts were seized,
“Prior people under fourth schedule were using their bank accounts, but strict monitoring has been launched,” he said.
