Employees of health department to request leave on WhatsApp

Steps are being taken to ensure transparency to eliminate ghost employees from health department

MULTAN: Employees of health department will now send leave applications on WhatsApp groups where these would be rejected or accepted by the authorities concerned. The decision was taken at a meeting which was chaired by Health Chief Executive Officer Dr Shahid Mahmood Bukhari in Multan on Tuesday.

Dr Shahid Mahmood said that all employees will send their leave applications in the WhatsApp group while steps were being taken to ensure transparency and to eliminate ghost employees from the health department.
