Oprah spoke about her feelings she had as a young girl - watching Sidney Poitier be the first black woman to receive an Oscar and how she also hoped to make an impact on young women. In the wake of the sexual misconduct allegations that has taken Hollywood by a storm, 63-year-old philanthropist said "Speaking the truth is the most powerful tool you all have."
