KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) recorded on Friday the statement of a judicial magistrate in the murder case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zahra Shahid. The court also summoned witnesses of the murder in the next hearing.
The hearing was held at the Anti-Terrorism Complex at the city's central prison in which the identification parade of four accused was also held. The accused included Rashid alias Tailor, Zahid Abbas Zaidi, Irfan alias Lamba and Kalim.
The PTI leader was murdered outside her house in the Defence area in May 2013.
The next hearing of the case was fixed for January 13.
