
The KESC spokesman, who made the announcement, said that the online billing format was in line with the new strategy of providing maximum convenience to customers and that they could now download their bills at their convenience.
This service would greatly help those customers who have faced delayed billing problem in the past, the spokesman added.
He said that consumers, who could not receive their electricity bills on time for any reason, can download their duplicate bills from the KESC website, where they can go to online billing option and find their current bill which can easily be printed. The direct link for the billing option is here.
All Banks have been advised to receive bill payments on the duplicate bill just as they do normally.
