According to Express News, the meeting continued for about one and a half hours, in which important issues were discussed. Quoting sources, the report said the meeting between the Sharifs and the crown prince was successful and would yield positive results.

After the meeting, Nawaz departed for Madinah in Salman’s personal plane. Nawaz visited the mausoleum of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), and then left for Makkah via Jeddah to perform the Umrah.
Sources reveal that after performing the Umrah today, Sharif will leave for Pakistan and reach Islamabad tonight. Shehbaz has already returned.
Last month, amid rumours of secret talks with the power players in Riyadh for securing what their opponents call a National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO)-type deal, deposed premier Nawaz Sharif left for Saudi Arabia, where he will join his brother Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

Sources in the ruling party said senior leadership of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is expected to meet Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman and other top Saudi leadership. A meeting between Sharif and Turkish Premier Binali Yıldırım is also expected during this visit, the PML-N sources disclosed.
