Jafri, a well known model, praised the students for a stellar job at the event while talking to The Express Tribune.

"I appreciate the students for organising this event," he said. "These kinds of events are much needed in current times as our country is beaming with talent and skills."

"The problem with us is that there's no follow up on these artists. There's no proper counsel for the students to guide them," he added.

"I feel our government should play an essential part in promoting the art and talent of these students. There should be a proper panel to direct them for better decision making and open more doors of opportunities for them," continued Jafri.

He went on to say that the only competition anyone should ever consider is the one with their ownselves.

He further discussed his own plans for the aspiring artists. "I'm trying to organise a proper council to guide such filmmakers, models, artists for a better future with various opportunities provided to them," he continued.

"However, I can only initiate. We all need to come forward for this cause and make sure that these budding stars are not left behind. You have to believe in yourself, as self-belief is the only thing that can take you to the heights you dream of."
