Nawaz Sharif announces to initiate 'justice restoration movement'

Earlier at the party's social media convention, Nawaz lashed out at the judiciary and Imran Khan.

“We will start a movement for the restoration of justice in the country like we initiated a movement for the restoration of the judiciary once,” Sharif told reporters earlier.

The former prime minister, who was disqualified by a Supreme Court bench on July 28 this year said, “A country can only progress if justice is the supreme force in it.”

“Khan has admitted that he owns an offshore company but even then you can see the difference in judgement of the cases,” said Sharif while referring to the apex court judgement in which petitions seeking the disqualification of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairperson were rejected.
