Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Army Chief General Qamar Bajwa will visit Saudi Arabia on November 21 and hold meetings with higher-ups of the kingdom.

The two dignitaries will meet Saudi Prince Mohammad bin Salman and discuss the ongoing situation and regional security matters with him, Express News reported.

Director General Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Lt Gen Naveed Mukhtar will also accompany the PM and COAS during this visit.

The visit will come in the wake of a severe crisis in the leadership of the kingdom since some 11 Saudi princes have been arrested as Riyadh launched rare corruption purge in the beginning of this month.
