No person was executed under section 109 ppc, A person can not be hanged based on the approver's statement who has been remained under custody of the police for 100 days. In fact, a conspiracy was hatched by the powers who didn't want Pakistan become nuclear power, but the person had decided to make Pakistan a nuclear power with firm resolve. What said the justice confronting with decision that Masood Mehmood was not believable and dependable witness, please vide the judgment if available, otherwise tell me i may send you the decision.
