In an apparent reference to the ongoing verbal tussle between the Muttahida Quami Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) and Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP), Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman took to the micro-blogging site Twitter on Sunday, calling the ongoing politics "farce" and saying the city "deserves better".

"What a farce Karachi politics has been for the past few days. Our city deserves better," he tweeted.

Earlier speaking to the media in Lahore, the PPP chairman said that the ongoing politics in Karachi was troubling.

“PPP has always stayed true to its vision. The party has always strived to uphold the supremacy of the democracy and the Constitution,” he said adding that the party will not allow agreeing on any anti-democratic term.

Sam | 7 years ago | Reply Really Sir? So, what has your party done for Karachi in decades of their rule? Talk about hypocrisy. You haven't even picked up trash.
