Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique alleged in Tuesday that democracy was trying to establish its foothold in the country but certain elements were against it.

Speaking to the media outside the accountability court, the minister said that this is not the first time Nawaz Sharif has stood before the court and alleged that public already knows the end to this story.
