The FC Balochistan and intelligence agencies carried out an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Channah Nullah and Chatthar areas near Dera Murad Jamali in Balochistan on Sunday as a part of the ongoing Operation Radd-ul- Fasaad.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), 850kg of explosives, 252 grenades and 236 grenade fuses were seized. Ammunition for machine guns and sniper rifles was also recovered in the operation.
Operation Radd ul Fasaad: 26 militants apprehended in search operations
On October 20, 26 terrorists were rounded up in a number of search operations held across Balochistan and Punjab.
The FC Balochistan conducted IBOs in Ghulam Pring (Killi Kungar) in Mastung and Rojhan Jamali on terrorists hideouts involved in target killing and grenade attacks.
During the operations, one terrorist was killed and seven others were arrested.
