Rawalpindi Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Yousaf Ali Shahid on Saturday asked the motorists to drive carefully and not to cross speed limits particularly travelling on highways and motorways and in open areas in smog and fog.
The CTO said in a statement that people were suffering from breathing problems, eye infection and other health issues due to the smog. He said instead of panic, sense should prevail in the situation where visibility has been reduced to zero in many areas.
