Trade fair to help promote local industry

KARACHI: The Pakistan International Trade Fair (PITF 2017) will help promote local products in foreign and domestic markets and would also create international trade links, organisers said on Saturday. “PITF 2017 is playing a key role in strengthening linkages between traders and manufacturers by providing them a strong networking platform,” political and business leaders told APP on Saturday. They also opined that overwhelming response of companies at the trade fair is testimony of its success. The fair hosts stalls of various commodities including textile, construction and building material, chemical, FMCG brands, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, electrical appliances, financial services and handicrafts.
