Punjab police claimed to have arrested MNA Jamshed Dasti’s brother and two others on account of theft and smuggling of timber from Muzaffargarh district, Express News reported on Sunday.

According to police sources, the lawmaker’s elder brother Mustaq Dasti and his two accomplices were illegally cutting off trees when a forest guard informed the Civil Lines police who immediately arrived at the scene and caught the suspects red-handed.
