AJK Council discusses its budget

Minister for Kashmir Affairs Barjees Tahir presents the council’s budget for the financial year 2017-18

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Kashmir Affairs Barjees Tahir presented the council’s budget for the financial year 2017-18, outlining many development projects particularly focusing on the infrastructure and road network. According to a press release issued on Monday, the meeting was attended by Defence Minister Khurram Dastagir, AJK Finance Minister Najeeb Naqvi and Senator Yaqoob Nasir. Most of the statements were limited to Indian aggression in the neighbourhood and not much was discussed about the funds allocation and use.
