This was stated by WAPDA Chairman (retd) Muzammil Hussain. He met with WAPDA cricket team, led by its Captain Salman Butt, at the WAPDA House. WAPDA Sports Board President and other senior officers were also present on the occasion. Appreciating the team for winning their maiden Quaid-e-Azam Trophy last year, the chairman expressed hope that the team will perform to their full potential to defend title.

During their interaction with the chairman, the cricketers thanked him for his patronage for the betterment of sports and players. They vowed to defend the title of Quaid-e-Azam Trophy by putting in their maximum.
