Achievements: Roots’ students to demonstrate skills

Six-day events, starting from April 18, aims at acknowledging the academic excellence.

Root School System, Islamabad region, has organised a host of colourful programmes at the Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) to present its academic and co-curricular achievements, says a press release of the school. The six-day events, starting from April 18, aims at acknowledging the academic excellence and extracurricular performances of its’ students.


The activities are intended to share the evolutionary, multifaceted curricular and co-curricular growth of students with their parents and provide a platform for the students to display their talent.

The event will start off with the high achievers’ ceremony on Monday at about 3:30pm. The remaining five days will celebrate the annual parents day, each with a different theme; On Tuesday the students present an interesting programme on “Peace through Cultural Fusion”; On Wednesday “The magical Colours of Spring” will be presented; On Thursday “Language Diversity” and on Friday “We are the World” and on Saturday  “Pak-China friendship year 2011” will be highlighted.

All the events are scheduled at 3:30pm at the PNCA.
